Robbins Says Workshops Offered for Guidance in
Filing for Firefighters Grant Program
Harrisburg – Senator Bob Robbins, (R-50) today reminded fire
companies in the region that free workshops are being held from March
1-16, to guide in filing applications for the U.S. Department of
Homeland Security's Office for Domestic Preparedness-sponsored 2004
Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program (AFGP).
"These workshops provide an excellent opportunity for our local
fire company chiefs to get expert direction in how to complete the
application and file it online, as well as how to provide the
essential information needed and answer specific questions," Robbins
said. "I encourage fire chiefs or treasurers to be sure to attend a
meeting in their area.
Meetings being held within the 50th Senatorial District are:

by the Office of the State Fire Commissioner as a service to first
