The Mercer County Joint Sewage Agency serves Clark Borough and the townships of Deer Creek, Delaware, Lackawannock, East Lackawannock, Fairview, Findley, French Creek, Jackson, Jefferson, Liberty, New Vernon, Perry, Pine, Sandy Lake, South Pymatuning, Sugar Grove and Worth.
