Stoneboro Receives $10,265 State Grant

Will help pay for Borough's sewage plan

Stoneboro Borough, Mercer County, will receive a $10,265.75 grant from the state Department of Environmental Protection, according to state Senator Bob Robbins (R-50) and state Representative Michele Brooks (R-17).

The grant, provided through the Sewage Facilities Planning Grants program, will cover half of the borough's costs for preparing its sewage plan and revising official plans for sewage systems, according to the legislators.
