July 15, 2006 - Sen. Robbins participated in the Civil Air Patrol's Search and Rescue School for adult officers and cadets at Hawk Mountain. This year is the 50th Anniversary of the Civil Air Patrol's Hawk Mountain Ranger School. Senator Robbins -- who is a Lt. Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol's Legislative Squadron -- assists Major General Tony Pineda -- with the promotion of Herb Cahalen to Lt. Colonel. Additionally, Senator Robbins presented a citation to Lt. Colonel Cahalen designating Civil Air Patrol Cadet Week in Pennsylvania.
